About The Practice
We are a Christian practice that aims to provide care for the whole person, whatever the health problem. A wide range of general medical services is available.

In 1994 we opened a new health centre in Chatham, which is our main surgery and has easy access and facilities for the disabled.

The Cleave Road surgery is smaller but there is no wheelchair access. Many of our staff are committed Christians and attend different churches locally.

Parking

Please note due to numerous issues with parking at the Magpie Hall Road Surgery a barrier system is being introduced. Therefore there will only be limited space available for disabled parking.If you need to bring a car please park considerately in the designated bays only, in the public car park opposite,or nearby streets.

Minor Surgery

We have a Minor Surgery Clinic for the removal of small lesions such as Skin tags.

Please speak to the receptionist for further details.

Extended opening Hours

The Magpie Hall Road Surgery is open for our patients from 8am in the morning right through to 6:30pm Monday - Friday

Out of Hours
If you have an emergency outside surgery hours please telephone the main surgery number 0844 477 2496, listen to the message and you will be given the option to be put straight through to Medoc On Call Care who provide emergency GP cover outside surgery hours.

List Cleansing

Please note the each year the health authority does a list cleansing to remove patients that have left the practice.

If you receive a letter from the Health Authority then please make sure that you take the time to repond to that letter.

In the event that you don't you will be removed from our list.

Test Results
Please telephone for these after 3.00pm. Results can only be given to the person who had the test done. Smear results will be notified by post.

Appointments
We operate the Advanced Access system at the surgery. You can either telephone early in the morning for an appointment the same day or telephone at any time for one of a limited amount of pre-bookable appointments. We shall endeavour to give you an appointment with the clinician of your choice but this will not always be possible.
